How much does this cost?
Most projects are $2,500 to $10,000. Simple builds, one base and a few automations, sit at the lower end. More complex systems with multiple workflows cost more. We'll give you a clear number after our first call. No surprises.
How long does it take?
Typically 2–4 weeks from kickoff to launch. We move fast. No drawn-out discovery phases, no unnecessary meetings.
Do I need to know Airtable?
Nope. We'll build it and teach you how to use it. If you can use a spreadsheet, you can use what we build.
What if I need changes later?
You get 30 days of support included. After that, you can handle small tweaks yourself (we'll teach you) or book more hours with us.
Do you work with teams outside the US?
Yes. We work remotely with teams everywhere. Most of our calls happen over Zoom.
What if Airtable isn't the right tool for me?
