Our story
Why we started Simple Stack
Most enterprise teams weren’t failing because they lacked effort. They were failing because no one had ever built them the right foundation.
Spreadsheets scale to a point — then they become the problem. Decisions slow down, data diverges, and when AI enters the picture, it has nothing reliable to work with. Garbage in, garbage out, at machine speed.
We built Simple Stack to solve the underlying architecture problem. Not just to migrate teams off spreadsheets, but to design the operational data layer their business actually runs on — and that AI agents can actually use.
We’ve worked with teams at Amazon, Audible, Johnson & Johnson, and NASA. And just as many fast-growing companies that knew their data infrastructure wasn’t where it needed to be. The problem is always the same: the right tools exist, but no one has wired them together properly. That’s what we do.
